At 1401 Fifth Street, Coralville Public Library has answers for ordinary tasks: internet access, printing, study space, and community resources.
Study rooms
Coralville Public Library has six walk-up study rooms. They are normally available for two hours, with longer use possible when demand allows.
Laptops, Wi-Fi and hotspots
The building provides in-library laptops, and Wi-Fi is available on library grounds 24 hours a day. Coralville residents can check out hotspots for two weeks; overdue hotspots have a $1 per day late fee.
Printing costs and credits
With a library card login on desktop computers, users receive a $1 daily printing credit. After that, black-and-white printing costs 10 cents per page and color printing costs 15 cents per page. Guest printing follows separate charges.
Community fridge
The library also maintains a community fridge in the entrance café area with free snacks and ready-made meals available to anyone. Supply varies, so specific items should not be assumed.
